I'm not a bar person anymore.  With that being said the atmosphere was ok.. typical bar loudness.  The waitress was super sweet knowledgable. Now the food... the menu had a wide variety of choices from seafood to burgers..  our app was maple bourbon tempura Brussels sprouts.. they were amazing the sweetness against the Brussels was nice we also got a queso white chili was really good moderate spice.. Sandy had a cuse burger which had peppers onions bacon cheddar cheese and BBQ hot sauce.. the said the flavor was pretty good.. nice thick fresh burger!. I had Tazieky salmon rice and veggies.  The peppers needed to be slice thinner and the cauliflower needed to be cooked they weren't edible..the rest of the veggies were amazing. We then ordered the raspberry lemon cake..and it was just as described the simple syrup soak on the cake piece was nice. The buffalo trace bourbon coffee!!! I hadn't been to packy's in many years, not sure why. The food is very good. It's not expensive. Perfect for a quick lunch.
